Ramen Daisho Shaw Boulevard
My friends and I chosen to enjoy a meal from lunchtime after traversing to a sneaker shop positioned in Shaw Boulevard. I am not actually acquainted with any cafe within the vicinity associated with Shaw Boulevard, so, many of us kept on driving ’till we all reached Liberty Core.
Upon entering Sunshine Sq in Liberty Middle, I instantly questioned the parking door attendant if there is almost any Japanese restaurant in your neighborhood since I have been hankering with regard to ramen for almost a week presently. Coincidentally, she pointed Ramen Daisho that’s very close to our parking slot.
Ramen Daisho is located in Sunlight Square, Liberty Heart along Shaw Boulevard with Mandaluyong, it is noticeable in the street but includes a rather tiny fakeness making it so easy to overlook.
Daisho comes from a coined word dai meaning “big” and sho this means “fly high”.
The interior connected with Ramen Daisho Shaw Boulevard is best referred to as simple yet well-designed. There is an open your kitchen where one can observe how the actual chefs prepare the meals. There are two spaces in the restaurant, one is the key dining area and two is the private function space. The private function space is usually for those people who have a preference of the more personal and also silent place.
We almost all wanted to taste several dishes as likely so we ordered California Maki, TamagoYaki, Tonkotsu Ramen, Cold Zaru Ramen, Gyoza, Chicken Karaage, Ebi Fry and Yakibuta Chahan.
California Maki of Ramen Daisho
The California Maki costs P240 per order. This type of sushi roll by Ramen Daisho is actually perfectly made inside-out, your cucumber, crab meat and apple are well unified.
Their Tamago Yaki is ready by rolling with each other numerous layers associated with cooked egg.
Tonkotsu Ramen costs P350 per regular buy. The noodles are particularly intended for this kind of ramen variant. The tonkotsu incorporates thin noodles that are a specialty of Japan. This ramen has a very good concentration to the flavour without it going too far so that it is uncomplicated to take all the soup.
Cold Zaru Ramen
Cold Zaru Ramen costs P300 per regular purchase. It has thin ripped ramen noodles on a bamboo bedding filter, chopped leeks, wasabi and soft-boiled egg. It is also supported with sesame seeds inside cold dipping sauce.
Ramen Daisho’s version of Gyoza is properly cooked. Its meat filling is full of flavour and their sauce which can be specifically made from Japan’s 100 % natural ingredients is to die regarding. One order costs P150.
Chicken Karaage is priced at P200 per get. I find their Karaage appealing since the chicken is simply lightly coated using a seasoned wheat flour. It is well-fried as well, not overcooked nor undercooked.
Kids’ menu offers Ebi Cook which is a deep fried prawn preferred in Japanese eating places worldwide. Ramen Daisho’s Ebi Cook costs P180.00. I think this one is common to the children since even the adults liked it.
Yakibuta Chahan is priced at P250 per regular order. It is just a fried rice made using grilled seasoned crazy loin, eggs, and leeks. I will say that this is the most effective Chahan I have ever tasted.
Ramen Daisho’ohydrates ramen recipe was adopted board precisely through Japanese Master Chef Giantsu Yasuhiko. Yep, he is the same master who created the recipe of Ukokkei Ramen Ralph.
Also try their Salted Caramel Gelato
Overall, I suggest this place to those that love and get pleasure from Japanese ramen and are looking for the ultimate ukokkei experience. Ramen Daisho Shaw Blvd is indeed one of the the best spots to enjoy Japanese Food in City Manila. Another plus point is usually that the restaurant boasts welcoming employees and products and services.
Estimated budget is P500 per scalp.
